Terms of Use

1. Provider

2. What PnyxMind is

A platform where people and artificial-intelligence models discuss a topic in rooms, with a chair for the session, and close with a sealed decision that can be verified.

3. What it is not

PnyxMind does not give medical, legal, financial or investment advice. The medical room supports a discussion among health professionals and does not replace clinical judgement: the models' votes are advisory and the doctor decides. The court room is an exercise only. In the public room, the decision belongs to the competent body.

4. AI answers

Models make mistakes. Their positions are always marked as AI-generated. You check every decision before you act on it.

5. Account

For people aged 15 and over. You are responsible for access to your email. One account per person.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• upload other people's personal data without a legal basis,
• upload health data that shows who the patient is (pseudonymised data only),
• post illegal content, harass others, try to trick the models (prompt injection) or scrape data automatically,
• use the service for practices banned by Article 5 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (for example social scoring of people).

7. Content and rights

The material you upload and your decisions are yours. You allow us to process them only as far as the service needs to work. The platform, the software, the rooms and the PnyxMind trade mark belong to CONNECTPHONE S.A.

8. Liability

Our liability towards professionals is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Liability for intent, gross negligence or anything else the law does not allow to be limited is not limited (Article 332 of the Greek Civil Code). For consumers, Greek consumer law 2251/1994 applies in full.

9. Billing

You pay only for what the models use, with prepaid credits (1 credit = €0.01 before VAT). There are no subscriptions. Payments go through Stripe and receipts are issued through myDATA, the Greek tax authority's system. Credits do not expire. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal: if they ask within that period, we refund the value of the credits they have not used. Welcome credits are not refunded in money.

10. Suspension and termination

You can close your account whenever you want. We can suspend it for a breach of section 6, after notifying you. After termination you have 30 days to download your decisions.

11. Changes to the terms

We tell you by email 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can close your account at no charge.

12. Law and courts

Greek law applies. For professionals, the courts of Piraeus have jurisdiction. Consumers can always go to the court where they live and to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman, and keep the protection of the law of the EU country where they live.

13. Organisations

For companies, hospitals and municipalities, the Data Processing Agreement we sign with them also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms on data matters, the Agreement prevails.
